Hi, I'm Josephine Rios, the Founder of Latinas of 911. Growing up in Miami, FL, I never thought I would be speaking in front of others, but here I am, breaking glass ceilings and overcoming my own fears. I've spent the last 14 years as a 911 Call Taker & Law Dispatcher, and through my experiences, I've developed a deep passion for helping other Latinas in the 911 profession achieve their own professional development goals.

Latinas of 911 was created to provide mentorship and growth opportunities for Hispanic women in our field. I'm also fiercely dedicated to breaking the mental health stigma within our profession and supporting those who may be suffering in silence. My mission is to empower others to pursue their dreams and live their best lives because when one of us rises, we all rise.
